Joachim Klement, CFA
Joachim Klement, CFA, is head investment research at Fidante Partners, where he focuses on research on listed investment companies and investment themes in alternative asset classes. Previously, he was head of thematic research at Credit Suisse Private Bank and chief investment officer at Wellershoff & Partners Ltd., a Switzerland-based investment consulting firm. In these roles, Mr. Klement worked with private banks, family offices, and institutional investors to develop asset allocation strategies and identify thematic investment opportunities across all asset classes. He has also served as head of the Strategic Research team and head of equity strategy at UBS Wealth Management Research, where he was responsible for thematic research within UBS Wealth Management globally and the equity market and sector strategies. Mr. Klement studied mathematics and physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich) and graduated with a master’s degree in mathematics. In addition, he studied business administration at the University of Zurich and the University of Hagen, graduating with a master’s degree in economics and finance. Mr. Klement is a CFP certificant.
