Doris Kramer is head of investment strategies and sustainability in the asset management department of KfW. She has also worked in the export and project finance department and the financial markets division of KfW. As vice president in the capital markets department, Ms. Kramer was a member of the project team, which developed the concept for the first green bond issued by KfW. She has also been responsible for the team investment strategies and sustainability. This team is in charge of the sustainable investment approach for KfW’s liquidity portfolio and is responsible for setting up KfW’s green bond portfolio under a special mandate of the Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Ms. Kramer takes an active role in the qualitative development of the green bond market by engaging in the green bond principles as a member of the Executive Committee and in various other initiatives.
