Payment is due at time of registration. Forms received without payment will be confirmed on a space-available basis when payment is received. We accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express) as payment. Please contact us for details about paying via check or wire transfer. All fees are payable in Euros. Attendance is limited, please register early.

Your Registration Fee Includes: Continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, a networking reception, the opportunity to meet with investment colleagues and speakers from around the world, and post-conference access to presentation materials online.

Group Discount Package: Groups of three or more delegates from the same firm who register by 31 October 2017 receive a discounted rate of EUR 575 per delegate. The group discount cannot be combined with other promotional rates and discounts.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of EUR 150 applies for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received within 24 hours of program start. Substitutions from the same company are accepted with fee adjustment, if appropriate. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.
For groups, if a cancellation brings a group’s delegate count below three and a substitute is not available, regular rates will apply to the remaining delegates and all cancellation fees and deadlines above will be applicable.

Hotel Information: CFA Institute has arranged for a special group rate of EUR 157 for superior and EUR 206 for deluxe rooms, single occupancy, at the Intercontinental Berlin, subject to availability. Rates quoted are inclusive of taxes at the prevailing rate, and include Wi-Fi, access to gym and swimming pool. Breakfast is not included. Hotel Parking: Parking is available at the Intercontinental Berlin (126 spaces), the cost is EUR 26.00 per car per day. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot reserve parking spaces as they are based on availability but there is also alternative parking at the Pullman Hotel and shopping center Europa-Center. Transfer Information: If you are traveling from either Tegel or Schonefeld International Airport to the Intercontinental Berlin, we advise you to always use the taxis at the official taxi stand and not the service of the taxi drivers that are waiting indoors. Approximate taxi cost and duration from Tegal airport is EUR 20 / 20 minutes. Schoenefeld airport is EUR 45 / 40 minutes. Intercontinental Berlin’s concierge can organise private airport transfers. Social Programme InformationArminius Market Hall (Bugenhagenstraße 19, 10551 Berlin). CFA Institute will provide group bus transfers between the Intercontinental Berlin and Market Hall (and back) on the Thursday evening. There is public parking close by to the venue; more details to follow. Distance between locations is 3.5 km (12 minute drive).
