Marcus Hooper

Marcus Hooper is CEO and executive director of Pipeline Financial Group Limited. Previously, he was manager in charge of trading operations for the investment management divisions of HBOS, Dresdner, and AXA. Mr. Hooper has also worked on financial markets projects undertaken by a number of government and professional organizations, including the European Commission, U.K. Treasury, and London Stock Exchange. He has published papers on financial markets behavior including studies on the subjects of best execution, electronic and alternative trading systems, and transaction cost analysis. Mr. Hooper is a regular contributor at industry conferences and has lectured at executive MBA programs in the United Kingdom and the United States.
