Florian Esterer, CFA

Florian Esterer, CFA, is a director and head of global equities at Swisscanto Asset Management, where he is responsible for the Swisscanto equity funds selection and the development of quantitative methods for equity selection. Previously, he worked as a portfolio manager for small-cap European technology companies and as a venture capitalist at an independent asset manager in Switzerland. During his career, Mr. Esterer has also built up two technology enterprises and worked for several years as a consultant in the Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA degree from the American University Kogod School of Business.
